I learned long ago when providing communication counsel to CEOs that time is money. 💰
That’s not a new concept to most of us in business.
Just this week I was slated to train a CEO and her lead scientist across the country. Stormy weather prompted flight cancellations, so we opted instead to work virtually.
Other unexpected issues cut our scheduled training time in half.
Happily, I’d learned from my television newscasting days how to produce a “collapsable show.” That means when the network cuts your time, you make sure your audience gets only your very best stuff.
It’s no different when you’re giving a presentation.
Make sure your words are valuable.
👉🏼Be efficient.
👉🏼Be concise.
👉🏼Be audience-centered.
Your audience will thank you. 👏🏼👏🏼
